Christmas at the Pennsylvania House
Each holiday season, the Pennsylvania House Museum is decorated for the Yuletide and welcomes visitors to its annual Christmas at Pennsylvania House. DAR Lagonda Chapter members dress in costume reflecting fashions from the 18th and 19th centuries and guide guests through three floors of rooms decked in holiday finery.
Christmas carols are performed on both harp and the museum's 1845 Victorian melodeon. Seasonal refreshments add to the festive atmosphere.
